Shake It Mumma Dance Class Cancellation Policy
I know that life is unpredictable at times but ask that you provide as much notice that you can if you're are unable to attend the session you have booked.
If more than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation:
- A refund for that class will be offered
- Or you can use your ticket to book a future class, but is subject to availability.
If less than 24 hours notice is given:
- You forfeit your ticket
- You may however offer your ticket to someone else privately to the take your place. You must inform Tiffany of the new person attending in your place.
- If you have a medical emergency, this will be taken into account and exceptions will be made where needed.
No-show:
- You forfeit your ticket.
COVID Related Cancellations
In the event that you have booked a class and can't attend due to COVID sickness/exposure, you will be credited for your next class.

Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Balance payment is required 72 hours prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If an event of the customer has to cancel the party the customer has two options:
- The first option is to contact the Shake It Dance representative (tiff@shakeit.dance) to reorganise party date – this is subject to availability of the date selected, no extra charges will be applied to securing a different date
- Second is to cancel altogether and will incur a forfeit charge on the deposit that had been paid
If in an event of cancellation below are the date terms and the forfeit charge percent amount:
- 100% of deposit is refunded 1 month prior to booking
- 50% of deposit is refunded 3 weeks prior to booking
- 20% of deposit is refunded 2 weeks prior to booking
- ZERO deposit is refunded if cancelled 1 week prior booking
Please also note that any bookings affected by COVID-19 can be postponed free of charge, subject to availability of your new date. If you decide to completely cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy will apply.
