What to bring to a Shake It Mumma Class?

Welcome, I'm so stoked that you will be joining me for an awesome Shake It Mumma class.

When you arrive at the class I will get you to sign in (provide your phone number and signature) this is for my COVID SAFE Plan. I then require you to fill out a Waiver informing me of injuries/health concerns I need to be aware. 

Please bring:

  1. Water Bottle
  2. Yoga Mat (cool down)
  3. Hand towel if you feel its needed

What to wear:

  • Comfortable exercise clothing e.g. track pants, leggings, t shirt , single top etc
  • Shoes you're comfortable dancing in
